For orders £20 and over available to residential addresses within a 5 mile radius to each of our stores.

Our system will automatically calculate if you are eligible based on the delivery address provided.
If you qualify for free local delivery and you placed the order before 12pm you will receive it the same day

We deliver our goods to all of UK mainland. However, if there is an issue with shipping the parcel to your address we will contact you straight away.

Items will be dispatched same business day up to 12pm upon payment clearance (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Unless there is an exception, you will be notified immediately via e-mail of any delays. If you require item quickly please let us know.
If you need to send to another address please email us straight away.

You have right to return the item within 30 days.
If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund.
If you've changed your mind and want to send it back please contact us on support@waplu.co.uk

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@waplu.co.uk. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
